Design Intern Needed

The Guild Literary Complex—a more than 20-year-old, community-based literary organization that supports diverse, divergent, and emerging writers through performances and readings—is seeking a design intern. Ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Adobe CS Suite, and must be self-motivated, responsible, and have high attention to detail. Design intern is responsible for the creation of most, if not all, marketing materials for events. These include: newsletters, flyers, posters, calendars, and website. This is a great opportunity to develop a wide ranging portfolio. While this position is on a volunteer basis we do our best to work with the individual on professional development.
